1961 Established JI CHANG electric enterprise in Kaohsiung city, maintained the used motor. 1965 Mainly sales was maintaining the used submersible pump made in USA, Europe and Japan. 1971 More submersible pump demands requested by the domestic market. Started to research and produce the submersible pump. 1973 Established another enterprise named SHINN CHANG, manufactured and sold the sump pump. 1979 Created our trade brand SHINN CHANG submersible pump and lasted until now. 1981 Modified company name to HONG LONG Electric Co., Ltd., the capital was five million Taiwan dollars. 1992 Built new factory in Hunei Hsiang, Kaohsiung Hsien, and original address changed to Kaohsiung office. 1993 Expanded and purchased our new factory building next year. 1999 Passed UKAS ISO 9002 Certification, promoted our quality standard. 2000 Original Kaohsiung office established new branch named Taiwan-pump Electric Co., Ltd. 2000 Cooperated with Metal Industrial Center, achieved “ Pump Testing Automation System”. 2000 Expanded the warehouse in next door, to handle growth sales continuously. 2001 Increased the capital ten million Taiwan dollars, it prepared for next sales working. 2001 Cooperated with Industrial Technology Research Institute, achieved “ Motor Performance Testing Automation System ”. 2002 Entered and stationed to do personnel training at “Research Center of Innovation Incubation “ in KAO YUAN Institute of Technology. 2002 Built the Fong-Yuan office to service widely the customers in the north and middle of Taiwan. 2003 n February, passed CNS 12681 approved by Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection and ISO 9001 certification, 2000 years version. 2003 In July, had the honor to win no. 206910 new patent awarded by Intellectual Property Office, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan. 2004 In October, won Chinese National Standard（CNS）.
